Chronic Idiopathic Constipation Clinical Research Study

Living with constipation?

Let’s get things moving. This study is currently enrolling patients with chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC):

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be 18-80 years of age,

  • Have a diagnosis for CIC,

There are other requirements that the study team will discuss with you.

What to expect:

  • At visit 1, you will undergo screening assessments to determine if you qualify for
    the study. These assessments include, but
    are not limited to, a physical exam, blood tests, urine tests, and an ECG,

  • You will record your symptoms (every day)
    and constipation severity (once per week) in
    an electronic diary (eDiary),

  • You will attend a study visit 1 month after
    your last dose of the study medication for
    follow-up assessments. This visit will be
    virtual unless the study team asks you to
    come in person.
