GLP-1 Side Effects Relief Study
STUDY LOCATION: Syosset, NY
Interested in a study exploring ways of reducing GLP-1 side effects?
This clinical trial is enrolling adults who:
- Are 18 – 65 years of age,
- Have a BMI range from 25 – 40 kg,
- A diagnosis of at least one weight-related co-morbid condition or cardiovascular disease if BMI range is between 25 – 30 kg.
There are other requirements that the study team will discuss with you.
What to expect:
- Your involvement will include 4 separate visits at a clinic over approximately 3 weeks.
- You will be given either tradipitant or placebo, which is a pill without any active ingredients, to be taken twice a day for two weeks. After the first week, you will receive one injection of semaglutide (Wegovy).
- You will be compensated for participating in this study.
