Crohn’s Disease Clinical Research Study

Living with moderately to severely active Crohn’s Disease (CD)?
This questionnaire will be used to assess your eligibility for a study on Crohn’s Disease (CD). If you agree to complete the questionnaire, your information will be kept in our databases for future studies. If you do not qualify for this study, the information will be destroyed, or, with expressed permission, the information will be kept in our database and used for another study. All your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except as required by law. We do not sell or release any information in our database.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older,
- Have been diagnosed with moderately to severely active CD for at least 12 weeks (3 months),
- Have tried 2 or more biologic or oral medications for CD but stopped
using them because they weren’t effective, stopped working, or caused side effects. - There are other requirements that the study team will discuss with you.
What to expect:
50% chance of receiving either the investigational or comparator medication,
Receive 1–2 injections every 4 weeks,
All study-related visits, tests, and medication are provided at no cost.
