Is GLP-1 Use Causing Nausea?

This clinical trial is enrolling adults who:

  • Are 18 – 65 years of age,

  • Your involvement will include 4 separate visits at a clinic over approximately 3 weeks.

  • You will be given either tradipitant or placebo, which is a pill without any active ingredients, to be taken twice a day for two weeks. After the first week, you will receive one injection of semaglutide (Wegovy).

  • You will be compensated for participating in this study.
